President Erdoğan, Crown Prince bin Salman of Saudi Arabia talk over phone

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by phone with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia. The call addressed the Türkiye-Saudi Arabia bilateral relations as well as regional and global issues. President Erdoğan stressed that the Islamic world should display a result-oriented unity by exerting further efforts in order to put an immediate end to Israel’s attacks on Palestine and for the United Nations Security Council’s ceasefire resolution to be implemented. The two leaders also exchanged Eid al-Fitr greetings during the call.

The call addressed the course of the bilateral relations between Türkiye and Indonesia. Expressing his wish for the presidential and general elections held in Indonesia to be auspicious for the Indonesian people, President Erdoğan stated that he expects the momentum achieved with President Widodo in the bilateral relations to be maintained with his successor, Mr. Subianto, as well.
