President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is in New York for the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, met with President Umaro Sissoco Embalo of Guinea-Bissau at the Turkish House.
During the meeting, bilateral relations between Türkiye and Guinea-Bissau as well as regional and global issues were discussed.
President Erdoğan stated that it is important to develop commercial and economic relations between the two countries as well as cooperation in the military and defense industry.
