The Directorate of Communications has completed the process of securing its institutional publication archive through decentralised digital storage technology. A total of 130 official publications prepared in various fields, particularly strategy, diplomacy, communication, history and culture, were permanently stored on the Pinata infrastructure via the IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) protocol using the institution’s internal resources. The cryptographic proof of this storage process was also recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. The “Letters from Gaza” project, brought to life with the support of the Presidency’s Directorate of Communications and the Okçular Foundation, has opened its doors as an innovative, immersive exhibition that combines contemporary technology and a human narrative.
