The fifth panel in the series, which began in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, and continued in Baku, Tashkent and Bishkek, will be held in Lefkoşa, the capital of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), on 12 October 2026.
The programme, comprising a panel and a press conference, will open with remarks by Ali Murat Başçeri, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Lefkoşa, and will feature a video message from Presidency's Head of Communications Prof. Burhanettin Duran addressing the participants.
The panel, moderated by Mustafa Aydın, faculty member of the Department of International Relations at Kadir Has University, will feature as speakers Orhan Erdem, 28th-term AK Party Member of Parliament for Konya and Chair of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye–TRNC Interparliamentary Friendship Group; Oktay Öksüzoğlu, TRNC Representative to the OTS Council of Elders; Meryem Aybike Sinan, Turkologist and AK Party's Deputy Head of Relations with Turkic States; and Ulvi Keser, faculty member at Final International University.

The panel programme, which aims to enhance the visibility of the OTS at the regional and global levels, communicate the Turkic world’s shared vision to different audiences, and strengthen academic, cultural and societal interaction among the countries, will also discuss expectations for the 13th OTS Summit to be held in Ankara on 29–30 October 2026.
