President Erdoğan, President Sauli Niinistö of Finland talk over phone

The call addressed the Türkiye-Finland relations and regional matters. President Erdoğan voiced his pleasure over the fact that the first meeting of the Türkiye-Finland Joint Economic and Trade Committee would be held in Ankara in June. Highlighting the increasing importance of cooperation in defense industry, President Erdoğan voiced his expectation for the obstacles to exporting military materials to Türkiye to be lifted. Also addressing the Russia-Ukraine war, President Erdoğan noted that they continued their attempts with a view to achieving a ceasefire and opening humanitarian corridors.

Steps that would enhance the Türkiye-Bulgaria relations and regional matters were discussed during the call. President Erdoğan attends debut of “Young Projects in Fatih”

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the debut of “Young Projects in Fatih”, which features the inauguration of libraries and youth centers put into service by the Fatih Municipality in Istanbul.  Making a speech at the event, President Erdoğan wished for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan to bring abundance to the whole humanity.
