President Erdoğan holds a phone call with Russian President Putin

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Erdoğan emphasized that the regime must be restrained in Idlib and the humanitarian crisis must be stopped and added that the solution in Idlib could be achieved with the full implementation of the Sochi Memorandum.
