G20 Summit kicks off in India

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the G20 Summit in the Indian capital, New Delhi. This year’s G20 Summit, being held under the main theme of “One Earth, One Family, One Future,” has kicked off with the official welcoming ceremony also attended by President Erdoğan. Estonian, Swedish and Irish Ambassadors to Ankara present credentials to President Erdoğan

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Estonian, Swedish and Irish Ambassadors to Ankara at the Presidential Complex. Ambassador Väino Reinart of Estonia, Ambassador Malena Mard of Sweden and Ambassador John McCullagh of Ireland presented their letters of credence to President Erdoğan. Family photos were taken after the Ambassadors introduced their spouses and embassy officials to President Erdoğan.

“Our exports have reached 165 billion dollars over the first eight months of the year”

Addressing citizens following the Presidential Cabinet Meeting, President Erdoğan said: “Our exports have reached 165 billion dollars over the first eight months of the year, and our annual exports 253.5 billion dollars. It is a pleasing development in terms of our current account deficit that the exports conducted in Turkish lira have increased to 361.6 billion liras over the first eight months of the year.
