Turkey’s president congratulates Barzani

Turkish President on Thursday congratulated Nechirvan Barzani on his election as president of the Kurdish Regional Government (KRG) in northern Iraq.  Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke to Barzani over the phone, according to the Turkey's presidential communications office. “More casualties in Idlib, Syria should be prevented”
