A) GENERAL INFORMATION
Under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and hosted by Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, the fourth Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF), which will bring together official and non-governmental actors and address global and regional issues, will be held on April 11-13, 2025 at the NEST Convention Center in Antalya, with the main theme of "Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World."
The Directorate of Communications will carry out accreditation procedures for press members who would like to cover the Forum, which will be attended by Heads of States and Governments, Ministers, opinion leaders, diplomats, business people, academics, think tanks, media representatives and the youth.
B) ACCREDITATION
Press members intending to cover the Antalya Diplomacy Forum must complete their accreditation applications by uploading the requested documents to the system by 15:00 on Thursday, March 27 via http://akreditasyon.iletisim.gov.tr.
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be taken into consideration.
1 ) Applications of Press Members with Press Cards
No documents are required from domestic and international press members holding the official press cards issued by the Directorate of Communications.
Press members will complete their applications by logging into the system with their e-mail addresses and passwords registered on the accreditation portal.
2 ) Applications of Press Members without Press Cards
Press members who do not have the official press cards must upload their assignment letters (on letterhead, signed and stamped by authorised personnel) stating that they have been assigned to the Forum and valid identity documents (identity card for Turkish citizens, passport for foreigners) to the system.
C) ACCREDITATION METHOD
1) Log in to http://akreditasyon.iletisim.gov.tr.
2) The accreditation portal was renewed at the end of 2024. Press members who will access the renewed portal for the first time must first register with the portal and then submit their applications.
3) If you are logging in for the first time, please register with your email address and the password you will create using the "Register" button.
4) Once registered, enter the activation code sent to your email address to complete the registration process.
5) Log in to the system again with your email address and the password you have created.
6) After logging in, select the meeting you want to attend (Antalya Diplomacy Forum, April 11-13, 2025) from the "Apply" section on the left side of the main page.
7) Fill in your personal and organisational information on the screen that pops up for the meeting. If you do not have a press card, please upload the required documents into the system.
8) Press members who have completely and accurately filled out the relevant fields will complete their applications by clicking the "Confirm" button in the bottom right corner of the page.
9) Press members who have completed their applications will receive an email stating, "Your application has been received."
D) EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS AND CARD DELIVERY
1) If there is a deficiency/error in the information or documents of members of the press whose applications are being considered, our Directorate will notify them via e-mail and request corrections. Press members who have made the relevant corrections on the accreditation portal must resubmit their applications.
2) Press members whose applications have been approved will receive an e-mail stating, "Your application has been approved".
3) Accreditation badges can be collected in person at the Press Desk to be set up at the NEST Convention Center, where the Forum will be held beginning April 10, 2025.
