General Information
41st Ministerial Session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC) will be hosted by the Republic of Türkiye in İstanbul Congress Center on November 1-4, 2025.
The members of the press who want to follow the meeting are required to complete their accreditation applications by uploading the requested documents to the system via https://akreditasyon.iletisim.gov.tr no later than October 17, 2025, until 3.00 pm.
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be taken into consideration.
Accreditation
a) Application for Press Members Holding the Official Press Credential
No documents are required from domestic and international press members holding the official press credential issued by the Directorate of Communications.
Members of the press will complete their applications by logging into the system with their e-mail addresses and passwords registered on the accreditation portal.
b) Application for Press Members Who Do Not Have the Official Press Credential
Members of the press who don't have official press credentials must upload their assignment letters (on letterhead, signed and stamped by authorized personnel) stating that they have been assigned to the Meeting and valid identity documents (identity cards for Turkish citizens, passports for foreigners) to the system.
Accreditation Procedure
1. Visit the website: https://akreditasyon.iletisim.gov.tr
2. If you are using the portal for the first time, please click on the “Register” button and sign up using your email address and a password of your choice.
3. After completing the registration, activate your account using the activation code sent to your email address.
4. Log in to the system again using your email address and the password you created.
5. After logging in, click on the meeting you wish to attend (“The 41st Session of the COMCEC”) from the “Apply” section on the left side of the homepage.
6. Fill in your personal and media organization details on the application page. If you do not hold a press card, please upload the required documents to the system.
7. Press members who have completely and accurately filled out the relevant fields will complete their applications by clicking the "Confirm" button in the bottom right corner of the page.
8. Press members who have completed their applications will receive an email stating, "Your application has been received."
Application Review and Badge Distribution
1. If any information or documents provided by an applicant are found to be incomplete or incorrect during the review process, the applicant will be notified via email and requested necessary corrections. Applicants must revise and resubmit their applications through the accreditation portal.
2. Press members whose applications are approved will receive a confirmation email stating that “Your application has been approved.”
3. Accredited press members can collect their accreditation badges in person from the press desk at the event venue on 31 October 2025.
