Turkish tea exports exceed $22 million in nine months (Orient)

According to the Eastern Black Sea Exporters’ Association (DKİB), Türkiye exported tea worth $22.28 million from January to September 2025, marking a 24% rise relative to the corresponding period in the previous year. During nine months, 4,057 tonnes of tea were exported from Türkiye to 112 countries. In the same period last year, exports totalled 3,628 tonnes. Primary markets for Turkish tea included Belgium, the United Kingdom, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Exports to Belgium totalled $7.85 million, to the United Kingdom, $3.65 million, and to the TRNC, $1.96 million.
