President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by phone with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. The call addressed the initiatives aimed at resolving the ongoing crisis caused by the Russia-Ukraine war. President Erdoğan stated that Türkiye maintained joint efforts to ensure the exportation of the Ukrainian grains over the Black Sea, which would be effective in terms of averting a global food crisis. President Erdoğan noted that he continued to urge his counterparts to revive the peace negotiations and end the war through diplomacy.
