On their social media accounts, numerous European leaders and foreign ministers expressed their condolences for the victims of the explosion in Beyoğlu, İstanbul.

In a message shared on his Twitter account, Prime Minister Mark Rutte of the Netherlands said that he was deeply shocked and saddened by the explosion on İstiklal Street in İstanbul and that they extended their deepest condolences to all who lost loved ones and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

Foreign Secretary James Cleverly of the United Kingdom expressed that his thoughts were with those affected by the İstanbul blast, saying, "Terrorism in all guises is abhorrent. The UK stands in solidarity with Türkiye against this unjustified act of violence."
Secretary of State for Defence Ben Wallace of the United Kingdom also shared a post on his Twitter account, stating, "My thoughts are with those affected and their families."
Wallace underlined that the UK stands with Türkiye in the fight against terrorism and sent condolences to all those affected.

President Frank-Walter Steinmeier of Germany sent President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan a message of condolence for those who lost their lives due to the explosion in Beyoğlu, İstanbul.
In his message, Steinmeier expressed that he was shaken by the news of the explosion in the heart of İstanbul, adding, "My thoughts are with the victims and their relatives. I wish a speedy recovery to all the injured. As Germans, we side with the people of İstanbul and Türkiye in this time of shock."
Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock of Germany also shared a post saying, "Terrible images have appeared from İstanbul. My thoughts are with the individuals who were out on a Sunday stroll through İstiklal shopping street and were now victims of a massive blast."

In a post shared on his Twitter account regarding the explosion in İstanbul, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni of Italy stated, "The images coming from İstanbul are terrible; I want to express our deepest condolences to Türkiye for the attack suffered and the death of innocent lives."
Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani of Italy also shared a post on Twitter and said, "Images from İstanbul are terrible. Italy expresses its solidarity with the Turkish government and people as well as its deepest condolences to the innocent victims. Our crisis unit is monitoring the situation and contacting our fellow citizens."
Meanwhile, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs crisis unit released the emergency numbers for Italian people in İstanbul to contact them on their social media accounts.

President Alexander Van der Bellen of Austria said in a tweet, "My sincere condolences to the people of Türkiye and the citizens of İstanbul."
Van der Bellen wished a speedy recovery to all injured, stating that "in view of the horrific explosion," his thoughts were "with the families of the victims."

He said, "To the Turks: We share your pain. We are with you in the fight against terrorism."
Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne of France posted a message of solidarity in response to the explosion in İstanbul. In a tweet, she wrote, "We share the shock and pain of the Turkish people who were attacked."

Leaders and politicians from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo conveyed their condolences to the people who lost their lives in the İstanbul explosion.

In his message of condolence to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Chairman of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidential Council, Sefik Dzaferovic, expressed his deep concern and sorrow over the İstiklal Street explosion and said, "I extend my sympathies to the families of the deceased, to you (Erdoğan) and to the Turkish people, and I wish the injured a swift recovery. The Croatian member of the Council, Zeljko Komsic, sent a condolence message to President Erdoğan, on behalf of himself and the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stating that he believes the perpetrators will be brought to justice as soon as possible by the security forces.

In the post shared on his social media account President of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) and Chairman of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bakir Izetbegovic, said, "I wish the injured a successful and speedy recovery. I am confident that the security forces of the Republic of Türkiye will find and punish those responsible for this cowardly act."
Mayor of the City of Sarajevo Benjamina Karić stated in her social media post that it was with great sadness she received the news of the explosion in the centre of İstanbul, Türkiye. Karić shared the following, "On behalf of the City of Sarajevo and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences for the lost lives to Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu and the Turkish people with the wish that the injured recover successfully. President Isaac Herzog of Israel shared the following post on his Twitter: "Shaken by news of the despicable bombing in İstanbul targeting innocent civilians. Herzog also shared his post in Turkish.
In a post on Twitter, former Prime Minister Yair Lapid of Israel said, "I send my condolences to the people of Türkiye on behalf of the government of Israel following today's heinous terrorist attack in İstanbul."

In a written statement, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre condemned the "act of violence" in İstanbul and stated that they stood shoulder-to-shoulder with NATO Ally Türkiye in countering terrorism.
The Press Secretary noted the following: "The United States strongly condemns the act of violence that took place today in İstanbul, Türkiye. Our thoughts are with those who were injured, and our deepest condolences go to those who lost loved ones. We stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our NATO Ally Türkiye in countering terrorism."

Vice-President of the Council of the Russian Federation, Konstantin Kosachev expressed his condolences for those who lost their lives in the explosion in İstanbul.
In a statement to the Russian news agency RIA, Kosachev said, "It is too early to speak and to build political speculations on the explosion in İstanbul," and expressed his "sincere condolences to the Turkish people and the inhabitants of İstanbul".
Kosachev said terrorism knows no nationality and borders and continued: "As history has shown in recent years, any country and any people can be victims of such attacks."

The leaders of Azerbaijan, Pakistan, and Ukraine conveyed their messages of condolence to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for the victims of the explosion in İstanbul. 
 
Azerbaijan
In his message, President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan expressed profound sorrow at the news of the multiple fatalities and injuries inflicted by the vicious explosion in the heart of İstanbul.
Aliyev conveyed condolences on behalf of himself and the Azerbaijani people to President Erdoğan, the families and loved ones of the deceased, and the brotherly Turkish people while wishing a full recovery for the injured.
 
Pakistan
In a statement he posted on Twitter, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan stated that he had learned of the explosion that occurred on the popular İstiklal Avenue in the heart of İstanbul, adding, "The government and people of Pakistan express deepest condolences to the brotherly people of Türkiye at the loss of precious lives and send prayers for the speedy recovery of the injured."
Minister of Foreign Affairs Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed deep sadness over the loss of precious lives caused by the attack at Taksim Square and stated, "We stand in complete solidarity with our Turkish brethren in this hour of grief."
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan of Pakistan made the following remarks on television: "I strongly condemn the terrorist attack that occurred in İstanbul today in which many people were martyred and many others injured. I send my condolences to President Erdoğan and the people of Türkiye on behalf of Pakistan. We stand by our sisters and brothers in Türkiye during this difficult time."
 
-Ukraine
President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, in the message he shared on his Twitter account, stated that he was deeply saddened by the explosion that caused the death and injury of people in the centre of İstanbul and said, "I send my condolences to the relatives of the deceased, I wish a speedy recovery to the injured. The pain of the friendly Turkish people is our pain."
 
-Syrian Interim Government 
President Abdurrahman Mustafa of the Syrian Interim Government shared the following on his Twitter account: "We strongly condemn the terrorist attack targeting civilians in İstanbul today. We convey our condolences to the brotherly state of Türkiye and the Turkish people. We wish the injured a speedy recovery."
