Head of Communications Duran’s statement on President Erdoğan’s visit to USA

Presidency's Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, shared a post on his social media account regarding President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's visit to United States of America (USA).

In his message, Head of Communications Duran said:

"President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's visit to the US, which included stops in New York and Washington, was highly intense and productive.

As the voice of Palestine and the conscience of the international community at the United Nations General Assembly, President Erdoğan also put forward the regional and global vision of the Turkish foreign policy in his address.

He conducted bilateral and multilateral meetings with many heads of state and government across Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Europe and gave interviews to media outlets such as Newsweek and Fox News.

President Erdoğan's historic meeting with US President Trump at the White House took place in a cordial atmosphere. The meeting addressed a wide array of topics, including the defence industry, trade, energy, and regional and global issues, with substantial progress on certain matters."
