Head of Communications Burhanettin Duran met with the Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Media Development Agency Ahmad Ismayilov in İstanbul on the margins of the International Strategic Communication Summit (STRATCOM Summit) 2026.
In a post on his NSosyal account regarding the meeting, Duran said:
“On the margins of the International Strategic Communication Summit (STRATCOM Summit) 2026, I was pleased to meet with Ahmad Ismayilov, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Media Development Agency.
During our meeting, we discussed further deepening cooperation between Türkiye and brotherly Azerbaijan in the fields of media and communication, developing joint projects, and enhancing coordination in strategic communication.
Under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we attach great importance to elevating the strong Türkiye–Azerbaijan relations to an institutional and sustainable footing in the field of communication as well.
With the understanding of ‘Two states, one nation’, we will continue to strengthen our cooperation and pursue our joint efforts with determination.”
