‘‘Turkic World Dialogues: Shared Future, Shared Vision’’ Panel to be held in Astana

The Directorate of Communications will hold a Panel titled "Turkic World Dialogues: Shared Future, Shared Vision" in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.

Ahead of the 13th Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS), to be held in Ankara on 29–30 October 2026, the Directorate plans to organise a series of panels titled ''Turkic World Dialogues: Shared Future, Shared Vision'' in the OTS member and observer states. The first panel in the series will be held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, on 4 September 2026.

The panel will be moderated by Prof. Bülent BAYRAM, Vice President of the Turkic Academy, with the participation of Prof. Hasan Ali KARASAR, Rector of Cappadocia University; Prof. Zhanat MOMYNKULOV, Faculty Member at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University; Assoc. Prof. Talgat MOLDABAY, Faculty Member at L.N. GumilyovEurasian National University; and Assoc. Prof. Suat BEYLUR, Director of the Eurasian Research Institute at Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.

Within the scope of the programme, existing areas of cooperation and opportunities for the future, particularly in education, the economy, transport, energy, science and technology, the defence industry, media and culture, are planned to be assessed. Through this panel programme, it is aimed to increase the visibility of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS) at the regional and global levels, communicate the common vision of the Turkic world to different publics, and strengthen academic, cultural and social interaction among the countries. The programme will also discuss expectations for the 13th Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS), which will be held in Ankara on 29–30 October 2026.
