On October 30, 2024, an event titled “The Lies of Israel Platform Launch and Panel” will be held in the Conference Hall of the Directorate of Communications. This event aims to raise global awareness of the truth in response to misinformation circulating on social media, particularly misleading content disseminated by Israeli propaganda accounts.
The event aims to build a robust communication network to counteract Israel's propaganda efforts, which seek to legitimise the genocide being perpetrated in Gaza through perception management operations on social media. In this context, it aims to swiftly and effectively address fake news through a struggle for truth in seven languages under the Directorate of Communications, as well as to prevent Israel's systematic manipulations.
