The "State Incentives Promotion Days," organised for youth under the coordination of the Directorate of Communications, has commenced in Kahramanmaraş.
The event, held at the Fair Centre of the Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality with the motto "Your Future is here with the state on your side" and "Dreams of the youth are our duty," garnered great interest.
Over 40 institutions and organisations, including the ministries, the Secretariat of Defence Industries, the Presidency of Religious Affairs, the Turkish National Agency, the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency, the Finance Office of the Presidency, Turkish Airlines, Anadolu Agency (AA), Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, and Kahramanmaraş İstiklal University, set up stands during the promotion days.
At the event, officials provide young people with guidance on career preparation, entrepreneurship, and state incentives.
During his visit to the AA exhibit, Kahramanmaraş Governor Mükerrem Ünlüer noted that the event efficiently promotes the state's opportunities to young people.
Highlighting that such events held after the earthquakes boost the morale of the city, Ünlüer stated:
"It is invaluable for our youth to receive direct information about the fields they are interested in. After the earthquakes, Kahramanmaraş is redeveloping in every area. Because earthquakes affect all sectors of society. For this reason, promotions encompassing sectors such as health, youth, technology, and art are highly important. Our youth are being informed of our state services at these stands. Such events contribute to the expedited recovery of our city."
Provincial Director of National Education Erhan Baydur noted that over 4,000 students attended the event on the first day and added, "Our children and youth get the opportunity to learn about the incentives offered by various institutions of our state. They are learning about many topics that can help them make plans for the future and stay informed about current opportunities. Likewise, we informed the youth about our respective fields."
The event is set to conclude tomorrow.
