The 23rd Autumn Meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA) will be held in Istanbul at the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel and Conference Center from 17 to 19 November 2025, hosted by the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.
The meeting will be attended by Turkish and foreign parliamentarians, bureaucrats, and foreign mission chiefs, in particular the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, Numan Kurtulmuş.
The entire meeting will be open to the press. However, access to the main meeting hall will only be permitted during the Opening Session on November 17, 2025, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the Closing Session on November 18, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The other sessions of the meeting can be followed from the area specially reserved for members of the press in the foyer.The meeting can be followed by local and international media representatives based in Türkiye who hold a press card.
For accreditation, the attached accreditation form must be completed and submitted, along with a photograph and a copy of the press card, to the Department of Press, Publications and Public Relations of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye by email (accreditation@tbmm.gov.tr) until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Since the live broadcasting services of the meeting will be provided free of charge and without logo (pool) by the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT), no live broadcasting vehicles other than TRT will be allowed to the program.
