Following the earthquake, the federal army's advance force arrived in Türkiye to set up a medical centre. The first Air Force transport plane carrying troops and supplies arrived at Incirlik Air Base on Wednesday. According to the statement made by the Force's health services unit, a mobile health facility will be established in the Altınozü district of Hatay for relief purposes following the natural disaster.
The mobile hospital, where over one hundred soldiers will be stationed, will offer patient care, surgery, x-ray, and laboratory services. Medical activities are set to begin next week. The commander of the unit in charge of health services, Lieutenant General Ulrich Baumgärtner, left the airbase in Wunstorf, Lower Saxony, in the morning, stating, "It is very meaningful for us to help the humanitarian disaster."
