President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his accompanying delegation attended the opening of the Turkic States Civilization Park on the sidelines of the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States.
President Erdoğan planted pine saplings at the Park with President Kassym-Jomart K. Tokayev of Kazakhstan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov of Turkmenistan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan, President Sadyr Japarov of Kyrgyzstan, President Tufan Erhürman of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Ceyhun Bayramov and OTS Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev.
Following the performance of the Ministry of National Defense Mehter Band and the Presidential Guard Regiment Band, and the show of the Turkish Stars, the Turkish Air Forces’ aerobatics team, President Erdoğan and First Lady Emine Erdoğan posed for a photo with Kazakh President Tokayev, President Mirziyoyev and First Lady Ziroat Mirziyoyeva of Uzbekistan, President Japarov and First Lady Aigul Japarova of Kyrgyzstan, President Erhürman and First Lady Nilden Bektaş Erhürman of the TRNC, Turkmen President Berdimuhamedov, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Bayramov and OTS Secretary General Omuraliev in front of the samples of Orkhon Inscriptions.
Afterwards, the First Couple and the guests attended the cultural event held at Malazgirt Performance Center.
