President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine thanked President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for his efforts in extending the grain corridor.
In a video message he shared on his Telegram account, President Zelensky of Ukraine indicated that they are still working to solve the country’s energy problems and noted that the Russian-targeted energy infrastructure in Ukraine is still being repaired.
Highlighting the continued problems with the delivery of energy services in 17 cities and regions, particularly in the capital Kyiv, President Zelensky of Ukraine stated that they are working to find solutions for Kherson's energy problems.
President Zelensky of Ukraine informed that he spoke over the phone with President Erdoğan and discussed the grain corridor deal, saying:
“In a phone call with President Erdoğan, we praised the extension of the grain deal. I thanked him for supporting our grain export initiative.”
President Zelensky of Ukraine added that security and energy cooperation were also discussed during their conversation with President Erdoğan.
Noting that the intense counteroffensive against Russian forces is persisting, particularly in the Donetsk region, Zelensky stated, "We are preparing for future triumphs in certain areas."
