The exhibit "World-Ruling Sultans" featuring oil painting portraits of the sultans of the Ottoman Empire was unveiled to the public in the nation’s capital.
Ankara Art Gallery and Auction House in Çankaya hosted the "Ambassadors Reception" for the exhibit launched by the Ankara Culture, Art, and Civilisation Association with the assistance of the Presidency's Directorate of Communications.
In attendance at the reception were Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yavuz Selim Kıran, Ambassador of Costa Rica to Ankara Gustavo Campos Fallas, diplomats from foreign missions, and art enthusiasts.
Visitors viewed the "World-Ruling Sultans" exhibit, which showcased Yakup Cem's portraits of 36 Ottoman sultans, and had souvenir photographs taken.
The exhibit will be open to visitors through the end of September.
