The "World Governments Summit 2024", at which Türkiye is among the guests of honour, starts tomorrow in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The 11th summit, which will be held on February 12–14 with the theme "Shaping Future Governments," will address the opportunities and challenges of the future under the shadow of the urgent problems facing the world.
More than 25 state and government leaders, as well as many ministers, statesmen and experts in their fields, will attend the summit, where Türkiye, Qatar and India are the guests of honour.
As part of the summit, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will also deliver a speech with the theme "Sustainability and New Global Transformations."
The summit will also focus on six main themes, including strengthening the growth and development process for active governments, artificial intelligence and future borders, a new vision for development and future economies, the future of education and the expectations of tomorrow's societies, sustainability and new global transformations, urbanisation and global health priorities.
The summit, where guest countries will share their successful experiences and best development practices, will discuss future trends and changes at the global level, as well as ways to improve cooperation at the regional and international levels.
