Speaking at a graduation ceremony of the Police Academy, President Erdoğan said: “I believe the legislation implemented recently with the approval of our Parliament will further facilitate our country's efforts on the basis of law and democracy against ‘digital terror’. We will never hesitate to take any step to ensure the security of our people, democracy and state.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at a ceremony held at Beştepe Nation’s Convention and Culture Center for the graduation of the 6th term deputy inspectors of the Police Chiefs Training Center within the Turkish National Police Academy.
Underscoring that one of the priorities of the vision of the Century of Türkiye was to protect the Turkish people against digital violence, President Erdoğan noted: “‘Digital terror’, which is increasingly becoming an asymmetric source of threat, targets the security of our state as well as the peace and dignity of our nation. Türkiye suffers the most from disinformation in the world. Many anti-Türkiye dark groups, from FETO to the separatist terrorist organization, exploit these platforms to stir up chaos in our country and to set our people against each other.”
