Addressing the 7th Extraordinary General Assembly of the Entrepreneurial Businesspeople Confederation of Türkiye, President Erdoğan said: “We will continue to walk together with our business community for a great, strong, prosperous, victorious and prestigious Türkiye, and advance all together towards our goals of the Century of Türkiye.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at the 7th Extraordinary General Assembly of the Entrepreneurial Businesspeople Confederation of Türkiye in Ankara.
“We increased our total goods and services exports to 396.5 billion dollars”
“We will continue to walk together with our business community for a great, strong, prosperous, victorious and prestigious Türkiye, and advance all together towards our goals of the Century of Türkiye,” President Erdoğan said, and added: “Our economy grew by 3.7 per cent in the third quarter of the last year despite all the smears and campaigns. We have achieved an uninterrupted growth for 21 quarters in a period when ambiguities have increased in global economy, trade wars waged through customs tariffs have escalated, and tensions have prevailed in our vicinity and the world. With this rate, Türkiye have become the third fastest-growing economy among the OECD countries. We broke a new record by elevating our economy to 1.538 trillion dollars in the third quarter of 2025. We broke the Republican era record last year with 273.4-billion-dollar goods exports. Our services exports surpassed 123.1 billion dollars in the same period. We increased our total goods and services exports to 396.5 billion dollars in 2025. In defense and aviation exports, we achieved a revolution, so to speak. We increased our defense exports, which were merely 248 million dollars in 2002, by 40-fold to 10.554 billion dollars in 2025.”
“Türkiye will be one of the dynamos of the world order”
Underscoring that one of the dynamos of the world order that is being reshaped will be Türkiye, President Erdoğan stated that they are entering a new period when they will reap the fruits of their sacrifices, efforts, and of being in the right side of history and conscience, as is the case in Syria, and said: “The value of the multidimensional struggle we have been putting up for our country, nation and youth will be better understood and better seen in the future. The world is gradually coming around to what we have been saying. The rightness of the criticism we have been making for years regarding global politics is being realized today. I believe that you are also following the discussions made in Davos. Those, who have made every verbal assault against us for years since we have cried out the truths boldly, now utter same sentences like us, and talk about global injustices and the crookedness of the global order.”
