Speaking at a ceremony for the mass groundbreaking and mass opening of the new facilities at Istanbul University Hospital’s Çapa and Esenyurt campuses, President Erdoğan said: “With our public, city, foundation, university and private hospitals, we provide our people with qualified, fast and effective healthcare services.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at a ceremony held for the mass groundbreaking and mass opening of the new facilities at Istanbul University Hospital’s Çapa and Esenyurt campuses.
President Erdoğan said: “With our public, city, foundation, university and private hospitals, we provide our people with qualified, fast and effective healthcare services. Particularly, we have rebuilt, so to speak, the healthcare infrastructure of Istanbul. We have put into service 206 healthcare facilities, whose investment value is TL223 billion. We have reached a capacity of 45,390 beds in our Istanbul. We stand by our citizens with over 8,000 intensive care beds, more than 1,600 dental units and featured treatment centers in different areas. Once our ongoing healthcare investments are completed, the total amount of the investments we have made in Istanbul will reach TL350 billion.”
