Speaking at the Eid al-Fitr gathering with citizens in Rize, President Erdoğan said: “The attacks on Iran that began on February 28 with Israel’s provocations have further deteriorated the instability in our region. 1,000 people have died in Israel’s attacks on Lebanon since March 2. The number of forcibly displaced people has surpassed 1 million. As Türkiye, we have mobilized all our resources for the establishment of peace and the resumption of dialogue and diplomacy.”
