"Voice Tunnel of 100 Years," the 100th Anniversary of the Republic Digital Experience Exhibition, organised by our Directorate, opened in Ankara CerModern.
The exhibition covers the developments and significant figures that have left their mark on social memory since the foundation of the Republic.
Presidency's Director of Communications, Fahrettin Altun, opened the exhibition, which covers the years 1923–2023, transforms the distinguished figures and significant events that contributed to the century-long period into a historical narrative and marks down the firsts and the greatests of Türkiye.
The exhibition narrates Türkiye's political and economic development and provides a closer look into Türkiye's achievements in all fields, from industry to technology, from education to sports and the arts.
The exhibition also conveys the breakthroughs made by Türkiye in the last 20 years, its international achievements and the strong preparation process for its second century under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The "Voice Tunnel of 100 Years" Exhibition features notable political and social events, accomplishments and treaties from the early years of the Republic to the present.
Significant events that shaped the history of Türkiye are on display in the exhibition, including Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's address on the proclamation of the Republic, the inaugural election of Prime Minister Adnan Menderes, and the election of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan as Prime Minister.
Meanwhile, the "Voice Tunnel of 100 Years" Exhibition showcases to the public international achievements in the fields of art, sports, science, as well as academic studies, films and songs.
The exhibition narrates the story of the first hundred years of the Republic through economics, activities, arts, science and sports, while artificial intelligence technology is used to envisage the second century by looking back in time.
The exhibition includes sections titled "Words," "Memories," "Pivotal Moments," and "Faces." The second century of Strong Türkiye is depicted using artificial intelligence over concepts such as global and regional leadership, smart cities, technology, indigenous and national defence industry, sustainability and technoparks.
The exhibition will welcome visitors until December 20.
