The Presidential Decree on visa exemption for the citizens of the Republic of Poland with valid identity cards when travelling to Türkiye for touristic purposes and transit passes has been promulgated in the Official Gazette.
According to the decree promulgated with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the ID-holder citizens of the Republic of Poland will be granted visa exemption for their touristic visits and transit passes with a maximum residence period of 90 days for every 180 days to be made to Türkiye.
The said decree was issued pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 6458 on Foreigners and International Protection.
