Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Ankara Dominick Chilcott said that looking at the number of people who died, who were treated in hospitals, and who recovered, the data in Türkiye compared very favourably with a lot of other countries.
Ambassador of Australia to Ankara Marc Innes-Brown stated that he considered Türkiye's fight against the pandemic to be quite effective.
Ambassador of Italy to Ankara Massimo Gaiani expressed that Türkiye had done a remarkable job with its robust healthcare system with well-trained doctors and nurses.
Ambassador of Pakistan to Ankara Syrus Sajjad Qazi stated that the Turkish government and the Turkish nation responded to Covid-19 using all their strength in a very mature and well-planned manner.
Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Ankara Khazar Ibrahim underscored that under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Türkiye started its fight against the pandemic right from the beginning. Ibrahim noted that Türkiye was among the best states in the fight against Covid-19.
