Six agreements were signed between the two countries in the presence of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The agreements signed entail the following:
- "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Investment Promotion between the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye and the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA)"
"Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Free Zones between the Directorate General of Free Zones of the Ministry of Trade, representing the government of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA), representing the government of the State of Kuwait"
-"Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Housing Welfare and Infrastructure between the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye and the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) of the State of Kuwait"
- "Memorandum of Understanding on Disaster and Emergency Management between the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye and the General Directorate of Civil Defence of the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait"
- "Implementation Protocol on State-to-State Defence Industry Procurement Contracts between the Presidency of Defence Industries of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, representing the government of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Ministry of Defence of the State of Kuwait (KSB), representing the government of the State of Kuwait"
- "Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of a Joint Strategic Dialogue between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait"
