Under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani of Iraq, Türkiye, Iraq, Qatar, and the UAE signed a quadripartite Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the Development Road Project.
The memorandum of understanding was signed at the Government Building in Baghdad under the auspices of President Erdoğan and Prime Minister Sudani of Iraq.
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Minister of Transport of Iraq Rezzak Muhibis, Minister of Transport of Qatar Jassim bin Saif bin Ahmed Al-Sulaiti and Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the UAE Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei were also present at the signing ceremony.
