Addressing the Opening of UEFA’s Istanbul Office, President Erdoğan said: “Türkiye has more than enough capacity to handle all kinds of international sports events, including the Olympics. We have taken Türkiye to a higher league in sports investments.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at the opening of UEFA’s Istanbul Office.
“Türkiye has more than enough capacity to handle all kinds of international sports events. We speak with such self-confidence not out of vanity but because of the services and projects we have introduced in our country over the past 23 years. We have taken Türkiye to a higher league in sports investments. We have opened new sports facilities in accordance with our cities’ needs. We have increased the total number of sports facilities from 1,575 to 4,470,” President Erdoğan said.
