Türkiye continues to receive messages of support and condolences from all over the world

The in-kind and in-cash disaster aid sent to Türkiye from around the world for those affected by the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes that struck Kahramanmaraş and affected 11 provinces continues uninterruptedly.

Aid for those affected by the earthquakes described as the "Disaster of the Century" continues to flow in from countries such as Egypt, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Senegal, Qatar, North Macedonia, Kuwait, Tunisia, France, Djibouti, Greece, as well as the Islamic Community of Kosovo, Rhodes, and the Symi Islands. While some of the aid facilitates earthquake victims' access to health products and their distribution in container cities, some of it is cash assistance to aid in the region's reconstruction.

While the US, Jordan, South Korea, and Iraq are among the many countries that have sent messages of support and condolences to the earthquake zone, leading international organisations such as the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU), and the World Trade Organization (WTO) have all pledged their long-term support.
