Multiple agreements were signed between the two countries in the presence of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan.
Following bilateral and inter-delegation talks and the 4th meeting of the Türkiye–Uzbekistan High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council at the Presidential Complex, a signing ceremony was held to formalise various agreements between the two countries.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan signed the "Joint Declaration of the 4th Meeting of the Türkiye–Uzbekistan High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council” as well as the “Decision on Cooperation Mechanisms for Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Relations between the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Uzbekistan."
At the ceremony, held in the presence of President Erdoğan and President Mirziyoyev, the rest of the agreements concluded between the two countries were as follows:
"- Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Health between the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Memorandum of Understanding on the Development of International Transport Corridors and Existing Practices between the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Türkiye and the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Cultural Cooperation Plan for 2026-2027 between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Memorandum of Understanding on Enhancing Cooperation in the Field of Mining between the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Türkiye and the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Protocol of Intent between the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Türkiye and the Agency for the Development of Light Industry under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Free Zones/Special Economic Zones between the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye and the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Memorandum of Understanding on Economic and Financial Cooperation between the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Türkiye and the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan
- Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Education between the Governments of the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Uzbekistan."
