Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed contracts totaling $50.7 billion.
As part of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's visit, 13 documents in various fields were signed and adopted between Türkiye and the UAE.
According to the statement, the two sides agreed to form a "High-Level Strategic Council" to be co-chaired by the Presidents of Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates, and the aforementioned joint agreement elevated relations with the UAE to the level of strategic partnership.
In the statement, it was stated that it was decided to deepen the existing cooperation with the UAE in areas such as energy, transportation, infrastructure, logistics, e-commerce, finance, health, food, tourism, real estate, construction, defence industry, artificial intelligence, and advanced technologies, and it was noted that "The total value of the agreements signed in these areas is $50.7 billion".
