The two countries signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of energy in the presence of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze of Georgia.
In the presence of President Erdoğan and Kobakhidze, the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Türkiye and the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Energy" subsequent to the bilateral and inter-delegation meetings.
The MoU was signed by Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar for Türkiye and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili for Georgia.
