President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at the Victory Day Concert at the Presidential Complex.
“Our War of Independence is without doubt a unique victory in the world. Mobilizing whatever it had at its disposal, our nation defended its independence and future despite all the deprivations. The Turkish Nation thus once again demonstrated its feature of being a nation that makes and writes history. The turning point of our War of Independence was the Great Offensive and the Battle of the Commander-in-Chief. The Great Victory is the name of the rebirth from its ashes of a nation sought to be eradicated and expelled from its homeland.”
