The claim made by Israeli officials and published in the media that "Türkiye has eased its trade ban with Israel" is not true.

The decision to suspend trade with Israel remains in effect until Israel stops its attacks on Gaza, a permanent ceasefire is reached, and humanitarian aid is delivered to the Palestinians in Gaza without interruption.

Türkiye maintains its political and diplomatic initiatives at the highest level to address the massacre of innocent Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip by Israel since October 7, 2023. 

These and similar claims, which are made to manipulate international public opinion, have no basis in reality.
