President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with President Giorgia Meloni of the Council of Ministers of Italy on the margins of the NATO Summit in Washington, D.C..
The meeting addressed bilateral relations between Türkiye and Italy as well as regional and global issues.
During the meeting, President Erdoğan stated that the two countries' relations will progress further through upcoming actions and that they will continue to work on it.
President Erdoğan also noted that Türkiye is exerting every possible endeavor to end regional conflicts peacefully and that each country must make an effort in this respect.
