President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is in New York for the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, met with Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah of Kuwait at the Turkish House.
The meeting addressed bilateral relations between Türkiye-Kuwait as well as regional and global issues.
President Erdoğan stated that efforts will continue to increase in order to bolster the ties between Türkiye and Kuwait, which have developed in many areas, from economy to defense industry.
Pointing out that Israel's attacks in Palestine and Lebanon pose a threat to the region and that it is vital for all of humanity, particularly the Islamic world, to enhance their efforts in order to end Israel's violations of international law and human rights, President Erdoğan also added that Israel will sooner or later be held accountable for its crimes before the law.
