Statement on President Erdoğan’s meeting with PM Orban of Hungary

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Prime Minister Viktor Orban of Hungary in Astana.

During the meeting, Türkiye-Hungary relations, as well as regional and global developments and the latest situation regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict were discussed.

Stating that Türkiye continues to make peaceful efforts, President Erdoğan noted that the international community must take effective steps to end the violations of human rights in Palestine.

Concerning the establishment of global peace and regional tranquility, President Erdoğan stated that it would be beneficial to pave the way for humanitarian aid and to immediately establish a guarantor mechanism as a solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict with the participation of all relevant actors.
