In a message shared on his NSosyal account, the Presidency's Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, stated that Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abdelrahman, the Chairman of the Sovereignty Council of Sudan, will visit Türkiye on December 25, 2025, at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
In his post, Head of Communications Duran said:
"Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abdelrahman, the Chairman of the Sovereignty Council of Sudan, will pay a working visit to our country on December 25, 2025, at the invitation of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
During the meetings, discussions will be held on bilateral relations as well as the current developments in Sudan, the humanitarian situation in the country, and steps that can be taken to ensure regional stability."
