In the presence of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President Aleksandar Vučić of Serbia, seven agreements were signed.
After the têtê-à-têtê and inter-delegation meetings, President Erdoğan and President Vučić of Serbia attended the ceremony where the agreements between the two countries were signed.
Within this scope, Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu and his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vulin signed Protocol No. 1 on Amending the Agreement on the Abolition of Visas signed on July 12, 2010 in Belgrade by the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank and Minister of Economy of Serbia Anđelka Atanasković signed an Agreement on Mutual Promotion and Protection of Investments between the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
Minister Varank and Minister of Innovation and Technological Development Nenad Popović signed a cooperation agreement in the field of innovation in technologies.
Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci and Serbian Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management Branislav Nedimović signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of forest fire fighting between the governments of the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Serbia.
The memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of media and communications between the governments of the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Serbia was signed by Presidency’s Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun and Minister of Culture and Information Maja Gojkovic.
The MoU between the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Digital Transformation Office and the Republic of Serbia Information Technologies and eGovernment Office on cooperation in the field of digital state was signed by the Head of the Digital Transformation Office Ali Taha Koç and Director of the Serbian Information Technologies and eGovernment Office Mihailo Jovanovic.
A cooperation protocol between the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT) and the Radio and Television of Serbia (RTS) was signed by TRT Director General Mehmet Zahid Sobacı and RTS Director General Dragan Bujošević.
The two leaders are scheduled to hold a joint press conference after the signing ceremony.
