President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan marked the new Hijri year with a message.
In a post he shared on his social media account, President Erdoğan said, "On the occasion of new Hijri year 1444, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to our nation and the Islamic world. May this new year bring everyone health, tranquillity, and peace. May the new Hijri year be auspicious."
