President Erdoğan issued a message on the occasion of International Nowruz Day.
Extending his congratulations on the occasion of the Nowruz Day that is the herald of spring and symbol of peace and brotherhood, President Erdoğan noted the following in his message:
“I wish that the spirit of unity and solidarity blossomed by Nowruz, which has been celebrated for thousands of years across a wide geography extending from Central Asia to the Balkans, may prevail permanently around the whole world. Together, as women and men and young and old, all shoulder to shoulder, we will continue to build, brick by brick, a more prosperous, fairer and safer future for both our country and our region as well as for all humanity, with the hope and enthusiasm that Nowruz has blossomed. I wish Nowruz to bring peace, prosperity, and good news to our august nation and all humanity, and extend my heartfelt greetings to all of our citizens.”
