President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan extended his congratulations on the 42nd anniversary of the founding of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in a post on his NSosyal account.
In his message, President Erdoğan stated:
“I sincerely congratulate the 42nd anniversary of the proclamation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and on this special day, I convey my greetings and warmest regards to my Turkish Cypriot brothers and sisters.
I commemorate our heroic martyrs with mercy and remember our veterans with gratitude.
We will never leave Cyprus, our national cause, alone, and we will continue to strengthen our solidarity with the Turkish Cypriot people in every sphere.”
