The book "A Fairer World Is Possible" by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, promoted in the historic Red Square in Moscow, the capital of Russia, attracted a lot of attention.
During the 9th Book Festival in Red Square, the Russian translation of President Erdoğan's book was introduced to Russian readers for the first time.
The first edition of the book, translated by Erciyes University Faculty Member Sevinç Üçgül, was distributed in Russia under the supervision of our Presidency. Russian citizens lined up in front of the booth where the book, which attracted great interest, was displayed.
The ambassador of Türkiye to Moscow Mehmet Samsar also visited the booth where the book was being promoted.
Communications Counsellor to Moscow Hacı Murat Terzi, who coordinates the promotion and distribution of the book, stated that 600 books have been distributed throughout the country.
Terzi said, "Our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's book, 'A Fairer World is Possible', was distributed to the prominent libraries of Russia, political science and international relations departments of universities, non-governmental organisations, research centres, and Turcology departments of universities."
Terzi stated that they introduced the book to readers at a significant book festival in Moscow, that the book received a great deal of attention, that people lined up to see and take a look at it, and that the first edition of the book, published by Prospekt Publishing House, was 5,000 copies.
