President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan sent a telegraph to President Sadyr Japarov of Kyrgyzstan on the occasion of his 53rd birthday, wishing him health and happiness and the friendly and brotherly people of Kyrgyzstan peace and prosperity.
President Erdoğan said, "We are connected by profound historical and cultural ties that form the basis of the two states' security, stability, and prosperity. We will continue to further our bilateral relations with Kyrgyzstan, which are maintained at a strategic level."
President Erdoğan also reiterated his heartfelt congratulations to President Japarov and the people of Kyrgyzstan on the peaceful parliamentary elections that took place on November 28.
